2009 Z06 Build

Having the following done this week. I would like to hear your thoughts on the build. Looking for good power throughout (not a high rpm monster), good sound (Lopey idle) and good driveability, and reliability.

Pfadt 1 3/4 Headers, X-Pipe w/ Cats GM Exhaust Manifold Gasket
Halltech Super Bee MF103 Intake
Halltech Beehive for the Super Bee Air Intake Installation of Halltech Intake

My only comment is that your Cam selection is BIG!

It's supposed to be a fairly mild cam. It only has 5 degrees overlap. Can you elaborate?

Sounds like a pretty good combination. Should have great street manners with that mild of a cam. I drive mine every day, 35 miles round trip in a good bit of Houston traffic and I have a 235/251 .65x/.65x on a 113 LSA.

Thats not that big of a cam on that engine. Sounds like she is going to roll out pretty hard though! Those heads are the icing on the cake.

I am hoping with the cam/headers it will have a fairly lopey idle and scream at WOT. Here are the major mods. Heads are not exact heads, but a picture of AI heads I could find. The rest are a true representation.

I would of gone for 1 7/8" headers but sounds like a solid combo regardless.

^^^ Normally I would agree but these Pfadts are a Tri-Y and much longer. These have made more power and better low end torque from what I've seen.
