Price of 2004 Dodge Viper

hey guys, so i am looking at 04 Viper with 23K miles on the clock.. I would give it an 8 out of 10... it has some slight imperfections but nothing crazy.. Tires look good..i am having a PPI done but wanted to gauge what's a fair price for a car like this?

Since these are in such low volumes, KBB, Edmunds, etc is unreliable..

Any thoughts are appreciated..

Thanks.

what model?
wheel combo?
Color?

these are hard to sell, but have been holding a decent value for a 12 year old car. I asked the above questions cause the "eye appeal" is a big deal when selling a fancy car.

there was only the convertible in 2004..

Wheels are stock but have been powder coated black
black on black is the color combo.

Whats the asking price? Not being a Viper expert by any means, I would think $35k on the low side to $45k on the high side.

$42500.. I did an inspection on it yesterday and a bunch of little maintenance items showed up adding up to around $3K to get it sorted out including new tires..

He also mentioned it may need a clutch soon which is about $1500..

I think a fair price is $36-37K for it as is..

For a 2004 with that mileage in a standard color about 37.5K with the clutch replaced by the PO.

Hmm that seems way low based on my research.. How are you coming up with that number?

I would think 30 to 35k compared to others for sale with similar mileage.
