Just when people were getting over the Z06...

...this comes along...

http://www.autocar.co.uk/News/NewsAr...llCars/228363/

...never mind the "value for money" equation and all the talk about plasticky interiors. if we talk pure performance in terms of LAP TIMES and 0-300kmh ET's, this thing look like it will be a monster

Yeah we have known about this car for a long time. It should be pretty wicked and nothing can touch it for $100,000.00.

This car will be STRONG. C6 z's may come down a bit. Still pretty tight supply in the used market.

I think actually the main problem they had when the C5s came out was the frameless windows flapping violently at speeds above 100mph...that would be scary...

But not as scary as mashing the pedal on this thing. Geez.

I wish they would call it the ZR-2 or something.

The ZR-1 already holds a special place in my heart...

ya it may be fast. i'm sure it's capable but for those of us who are pcar die-hards, well it will never be considered. now if i was looking for bang for buck for track duty, i would certainly consider it.

From the looks of it, it's going to be one SICK, bang-for-the-buck machine. Stock for stock, it will eat plenty of supercars for breakfast. TRUTH.
