Clutch started slipping this afternoon when goosing the throttle in 6th on the highway. Only 2 days until the TX Mile and looks like I'm headed to the shop instead.

about about 5-6k on the mods. Clutch has been rock solid until today. AWE is overnighting me a Sachs stg II clutch and PP, getting a new throw-out bearing from the stealer but no chance of getting in the shop tomorrow since they are backlogged. Not a job I want to tackle myself either

That sucks. Sorry to hear this, Eugene. Hopefully you'll get her back to normal quick!

Sucks man, clutch is a 6hr job on these cars with a lift and two guys. There is a DIY on renntech for a 996TT, almost the same. Do-able, but a ton of work.
