I just got my Passport GT 2 Timer today.

Its a neat thing and does 0-60, 0-100, 1/8, 1/4 mile, G force, breaking from 60 to 0.. everything, just plug in your cigarette lighter and suction cup it to the windshield. I saw one at he P Event in Daytona and for the price now had to have it.

Escort said this unit is within 1/1000th of the stuff used at Daytona and INdy as far as accuracy.

very sophisticated but

i need some data to program into it.

the speed range of the HP, when the unit should start measuring it,, 30 to 60, 40 to 70, etc??

Its a neat gadget and on sale for PCA members for $88 as opposed to $225 until they run out of units.

It does a million things that I have to figure out but first need the basics.

If you do manage to figure it out, please let me know! I managed to get one for $100 on ebay a while back. Wish I had waited for that $88 price.

 

It does a million thngs accurately.

Let us know how it works. I have one, but have only tried it once. I had a similar problem with the input values.

 

I was messing with it today

but it will take me some time to perfect it

it measues braking and acceleration

my two 0 to 60 s runs , not with the sport button pushed,, and not at red line,, were 4.5 s


again,, i want to learn the box before I start getting on the car.

i ll wait until my gas get to 1/4 tank before i get too serious


it measures everything

0 to 1000 ft 1/8 mi 1/4 mi to 60 mph

shows HP at 415, maybe thats at the rear wheels

in due time i will have this little bugger perfected and have some fun with it.
