2009 CTS-V unveiled!

Is it just me, or is this thing sweet? I had an 2005 CTS-V and it was great except for the rear diff.

I think it looks a hell of a lot like the old one (and that's not a bad thing). I dig it! I hope those wheels make it to production. Any idea how much power it'll be making?

All the sources say around 525hp with either an LS7 or the new SC LS9 (I hope).

I think it looks completely un balanced and the front bumper looks cheap. Just not for me.

I was thinking of getting a 2005/2006 E55 in a couple years. I seriously would rather have this CTS-V than any German luxury sedan out there (for the $). I own an Audi S4 and am a huge German car fan. If this things comes close (not beat or equal but close) to the handling & interior quality of its' German rivals, packs a supercharged motor (~525 HP), and has better rear end than the last CTS-V, this thing is going to blow the German competition out of the water. I'm guessing this car will go for around $60K give or take and you can get it with a 6 speed. If it's supercharged, it will be child's play making over 600 HP with some minor upgrades.

The original CTS-V was the very first production car that GM tested at the Nurburgring and I assume they did the very same with this version as well.
