Thats a great deal so long as the car wasn't servely abused (ie. tracked every weekend, etc.). Try to get the service records.

Maybe he can beat the seller down another few $$$. Although not a steal, its not a high asking price (at least where I live).

 

Once the car crosses 10K miles plus one year of ownership --it's a double whammy of depreciation.

I think the car is adequately priced with those miles .

I don't know what you guys are talking about, this is a great deal! If you disagree, please find me another 997TT for sale for less than that with comparable mileage. I don't think you'll be able to.

 

one thing that you must remember with the 997TT is that the original sticker price can be huge. there are thousands and thousands of $$$ worth of options you can throw on this car. when looking at the used market, make sure you are comparing apples to apples....

 

I agree . I think your car blows this car away . It has less miles , is beautifully appointed and had I not already bought mine and didn't live on the other side of the map I would have considered yours far above this .

12K miles = miles on a Turbo .

As much as one might think these cars have depreciated -- most cars face the biggest hit in the first year (barring certain exceptions of ultra high demand) .

Lastly taking into consideration the current economic climate it's very debatable IMO that the Porsche 997tt has slightly outperformed the major stock indexes in the last few months.
