About to make the jump to 700Hp

Here is where I stand at the moment :
1) The Evoms kit may be "the one" . I already have their headers and intercoolers.
2) Keeping the regular Tubi - (if it can match the system) I very much considered the "race " version . It sounds beautiful . There were two issues though : 1) I want to guarantee that my car remains street legal and 2) might be too noisy for my needs .
3) Keeping the Werks1 intake .
4) adding a clutch upgrade .
5) Insurance --My auto insurance will continue covering me but will not cover the cost of replacement parts beyond their "customization" limit . . I have given FULL disclosure on every mod added to my car to date to them and will continue to do so.

I am almost ready . If anyone else is also considering this engine upgrade I feel this thread is to open up the various topics involved with the decision process.

SpikeTV has recently been showing the entire Star Wars series. When I read the title of this thread, I could only think of one phrase...about to make the jump to light speed...

I've had the 600hp kit for about 9 months now. I got to sit in a EVT700 car done by Sharkwerx and the difference is as astounding as it was from stock to the 600 kit. I had always felt the 600 kit was lacking in 'pull' at certain rpm's and tourque. My car is at this moment sitting at Sharkies place doing the EVT700 kit, I'm almost as excited about getting the car back as I was when I was waiting on the boat.

My hopes are that the car is as reliable after the 700 kit as it was with the 600 only with now truely 'supercar' performance.

You and I are on the same page with this . My car goes in next week . I mentioned this forum to shop and out of courtesy I left it to them to decide whether they care to read the forum --post or not.
I do have complete confidence in their work and they are like family to me.

Even though I am on the other side of the map I have seen the beautiful work that Sharky has done in his postings. I feel that you will be very pleased.

I've decided to keep my Tubi exhaust as well as the Werks1 intake . I am also hoping that it will be as reliable and it will take time to upgrade my stock Turbos .

I did not do the standard 600 kit in that my intake , exhaust, and even addition of the IBD plenum meant that each part was discussed and evaluated seperately to try and create a combined effect .

I am also very excited about this . I wish you the best and look forward to hearing about your car as you will get yours back before me most likely .
