I don't know how much a stock 997tt is selling for but I will say this --if I was ever going to sell my car after all the time, effort, expense and waiting which it took for me to get it to the level it is now ----the ask price would be a lot higher .

Assuming moderate options, including the must-haves: $115K would be a good deal for the buyer. $120-125K would be good if you were the seller depending on whether or not it is a private-party or dealer sale. Prices vary widely based on color, options, mileage, and location.

I think you bought my friend Steve's white 997TT from Roger at North Houston? Prices for used 997tt's have definitely not dropped and have possibly even risen with the export market demand and also with low supply of new coupes.

Yup. Rodger did sell me the car and Steve is getting a GT2. I hear Steve is a neat guy (South American I believe).

Might consider selling. 07 TT, 7k miles, Fabspeed exhaust, red on black. Maybe $117 w/ stock rubber. Have 20" HREs Id let go for +$5k. Full clear bra, nav, spt chrono, 6 spd, red belts and console. Love the car to death, but get bored quickly.
