You can as long as they came off a standard body (not wide body) car. The rear wheels are different

clarification

I mean can I take the turbo wheels off of a a 2008 911 Turbo and mount them on a 2008 911 c2. From what I undesrtnd, the turbo is a wide body and the c2 is a narrow body,"... I was told it can be done without any real difference - is this accurate ? Thx

Yes you can....... I had aftermarket rims with a 50mm offset on a narrow body(thier is pic in the forsale section under Avus 501) and they did not stick out from under the fender so 51mm will not either.....

The fronts are close enuff at 51, but the rear et is the problem, 63 nb and 47 wide I believe.

Are the stock turbo wheels not 51mm offset? if so it will work. This pic is off 50mm offset on a narrow body.....

there are 2 components to this...the rims and the tires- i'm undestanding taht the rim and tire package might be too wide for the rear of a c2, but can put the correct size tire on the wide rim so that everything will be A OKAY?- thanks

You don't want to have a 8in wheel on the rear, that's what he laughing about. You would not be able to stick a wide enough tire on it,either... Did you not look at my pic? I can post more to show you that 50mm offset will work with a 305 tire on a narrow body car.. If I'm correct that the turbo wheel is 1mm less then what I had, so it will fit...
