Anyway to leave non-sport throttle response while in sport?

Two things drive me crazy about the turbo.

The first is the throttle response in sport. It is so sensitive I find it hard to drive the car smoothly. I just want the overboost and no change in throttle response. Is there a way to stop the change in response so that it is just like when it is in non-sport mode. Can the dealer turn this "feature" off? One reason I won't get an aftermarket software program is because they make the throttle even more sensitive! Forget that!

The second is the auto up on the passenger window. You have to hold it until the window is halfway up for it to continue in auto. It is so stupid. It might as well not even have auto up. Can this be programmed to go auto up from the bottom?

Thanks.

No and no.

For the second issue, you could purchase a remoteKey...a few here have installed it. There is no setting on PCM or that PIWIS that can resolve the issue...https://www.wit-usa.com/sms/shop/ind...oducts&cat=152

Aftermarket ECU programming doesn't make the throttle more sensitive.

You can make it more sensative if you want through aftermarket. I honestly can't tell the difference between non-sport and sport mode.

I notice the throttle response difference also, IMO it's a pretty noticeable difference. Now I'm no tuning wizard, but I'm guessing it's from increased timing when sports mode is on. If there's a way to do a full custom tune, then one should be able to play around with the timing from idle-3k to make taking off/stop & go driving more smooth.

It's not due to timing being increased, but with the throttle body opening more with less pedal, giving you a better reaction time if on a track for example.

I might be in the minority here or because my M6's ECU modded throttle is insane, but I find the 997TT Sport throttle to be spot on.

The response is fine once cruising, but in stop and go traffic it is a pain in the a$$.

Huge difference, takes some time to get used to its responsiveness but now I drive with it on 100%. With it off it feels like a Honda Civic.

Use it a lot, you will get used to it. Car feels so much more lively with it on.

Thats really strange as I never have noticed a difference. I will have to do some tests to make sure that something is not wrong with it

I know my boost holds in sport so that part much work. The response is not much to me.
