its a new car follow what the dealer tells you to do, most new cars dont require you to change the oil at the first 500 or 1000 miles like before maybe due to advancement in oil technology?

If you have part of the P30, performance package..and have the upgraded LSD..you need to change the fluid at the dealer around 1800miles. The first oil change on the car is 10k.

Mobil 1 Syn 0W-40. As for why it burns, I dunno...but it does concern me. We'll see if it stops after the engine's broken in a bit more.

How much is the LSD fluid change? How much is an oil change for this car? I usually like to work on my own cars, but if it only requires an oil change every 10k...
