Any good bodyshop cant tint them for you to any degree you like. Just make sure they have done a few before you.

I know body shops could paint paint tail lights but I want to tint them with film because I would like to return the lease by just peeling them off.

Spraying would look much nicer as it is smooth. Film may have bubbles and could change its color if constantly under the sun

Most leasing companies won't care about the tinted tail lights. I returned my C55 w/ dark tinted tail lights w/ no problems at all. Sprayed tints will look much, much better than a film.
