just saw it in the dealer with 19s rolling p-zeros and a killer black leather interior. the seats had a silver accent stripe down the center too. i fell in love with the interior. its exactly what it shoulda been from the get-go.

i always liked the exterior on the sn97 cars, but was let down by the interior and driving dynamics. i think ford nailed it this time around. if they would only get tremec to sharpen up the 5 speed so it doesn't feel like a tractor device, and eliminate the driveline slop.

i'm seriously in love as a dd car. so anybody get one yet?

2011 mustang gt will get the dohc 5.0 400hp and 360+tq engine. because of this and it will still be 300lbs lighter than the camaro ss and 500lbs lighter than the 6.1 challenger the mustang will outrun and outcorner both of them with the trackpack.

 

The new engine similar to the one Jag is using now? Nice engine, wicked sound. I too like the interior of the new Stang, the Camaro heavy regardless of power, and the Challenger drives like a bloated whale wtf (SRT-8 300C and Charger drive so much sharper I don't wtf they did to the suspension on the Challenger). I wouldn't mind the Stang as a daily, cheap, comfy, and fun.

 

i also checked out the new camaro, and its really really nice. for the money it is hard to beat as a package (400hp/irs) and it looks great both inside and out. plus its going to be rarer than the stang.

but...i just don't see enjoying ownership of the camaro over the mustang. even if the camaro has a 1/4 mile edge, it just doesnt do it for me.

i wasnt aware of the power upgrade next year on the mustang. wait is the game.

 

I also read that the new 2011 Mustang would be a 400 hp 5 liter.

Why would anyone buy the current car?

check out 2010 Mach 1; this is the one you want... comes w/ 400hp Coyote 302, and TR6060; available mid year...
