BRABUS T65 RS for the SL65 Black Series
Alright guys, I know what you're thinking...
"Justin, I just picked up my SL65 Black Series. But the factory 670hp output doesn't sufficiently distort my facial features. Can you help me move my eyes to the side of my head like a pigeon?"
Well folks, we have a solution. BRABUS just released their T65 RS power kit specifically for the SL65 Black Series. Here is what the package consists of:
- BRABUS exhaust manifolds with integrated turbine housings
- BRABUS turbocharges
- BRABUS intercooler system (4 water-to-air heat exchangers)
- additional radiator with 3 high-performance coolant pumps
- BRABUS 200-cell high-flow catalysts
- BRABUS ECU programming
- BRABUS carbon fiber "power dome"
All of this comes together to produce an astonishing 800hp and 1,047lb/ft torque (electronically limited to 811lb/ft torque). And you can enjoy all of that power with the comfort of knowing it's all warranty-backed. I've attached links to the CEC website to read the BRABUS press release as well as a PDF spec sheet. The white SL in the video (known as the BRABUS STEALTH) is actually the second model built with the T65 RS package. The first one was a matte black version (shown on the CEC website) called the BRABUS VANISH. Both models were sent to their lucky owners in Dubai...who live on the same street! Only in Dubai...

That's one thing MB engines don't lack! LOL Even though the BS is sporting a bunch of carbon fiber bodywork, at 4,100lbs, it's still no lightweight. The increase in torque makes up for that. This car could distort the rotation of the Earth!
