need brakes, options??

Hey just wanted to get some ideas on what options are out there for an 07 turbo with standard brakes. I know some of you daily drive as well as track your cars and those are

the responses I am looking for. I drive pretty spirited and may do a few track days a year. Any ideas are welcome.

Thanks in advance,
Danny

You can go with Girodisk or Brembo 2 piece rotors on standard calipers, I plan to do this
when the time comes.

I would definitely suggest the Brembo Brake Kits as others have mentioned. You could go with either the full Brembo Brake Kit consisting of both calipers, rotors, brake lines etc. or just go with the slotted rotor upgrade.
We are an authorized Brembo dealer let me know if you'd like pricing on a kit.

ok sorry but maybe you misunderstood me, I am keeping my steel rotors and want to change the pads as they are worn. My question was which set of brake Pads should I go with.

Sorry for the confusion, thanks for the help.

The stock brakes are more than adequate, if anything just some track pads and some super blue fluid.
Pagid orange pads are good, porsche also sells a motorsports pad set that is pretty good. Keep in mind all these pads are track only, DD use will destroy your rotors. I have always used the stock pads, many, many track days.

Try some Hawk HPS pads. More bite than stock pads, but without all the dust.

The stock big reds are more than adequate for occasional track use, but I would upgrade the fluid. I like GS610, ATE Super blue is good ( the same as stock only blue in color).

Rotor wear is pretty good IMO. Little more aggressive than stock pads, but nothing like Pagid yellows or any other track pads.
