You are that guy who traded a Cyclone for the GT right? You going to be ready for the March TX mile?

 

I have a motor i can borrow, or my stock motor for texas mile in october im just going to do a wrap on it. Yes i am that guy. The gt was rolled over and my cyclone was unrestored. IT was a good trade. Alot less stress on me too not having to worry about restoring that car.

changing that belt must be a pain in the rear

 

that thing sounds out of control. wasn't aware of system for a gt, is it custom?

 

Its not that bad, take a seat out, center counsel, dry sump belt and it comes out pretty easy. I guess the gt guys can do it from the bottom of the car. I haven't attemped it with the car put together yet. Belt system is pretty killer on these cars so replacement is not a regular orcurance.
