Was just about to say goodbye

To 6speedonline-traded my 996 for an SLK55- when I found this forum. Whew! More modders and car nuts here han anywhere. Only two weeks in the new ride but I love it.

Can any of you point me in the right direction to add in a phone, and find the facts for engine mods?

Thanks for your knowledge in advance.

If you want to mod, the best place to start is probably a tune. There are several out there, my favorite is Kleeman but thats just me. You might want to look into this... crazy low prices! Eurocharged has a good name and the price for a C63 tune on average is around $1,200, so the $649 sale right now is a great price. http://www.mbworld.org/forums/c63-am...y-pricing.html

Found it. I am learning that not all car nuts are alike. Porsche folk around this forum at least, seem a lot less reserved than on the slk board.

There are a few people with the Kleemann SC on slkworld.com, one being alroumi, can't remember the other members. They seem to love it.

Congrats.....

I had a SLK55 with "Nurburgring" Performance Package. No suggestions for mods as I left it stock. It was a beast of a package.

At the time, short of the SLR, the SLK55 had the wildest exhaust offered from MB.

MBWorld also a good forum

Not much experience with the SC, sorry. I just know that they're ECU tuning and exhaust systems are top notch. I'm yet to hear a single bad thing about any of they're products.
