As you guys/gals probably know, I'm hot on the trail for a TT. I found a nice 2007 with 25K miles, built in radar, 2 sets of wheels and a really nice build, per the attached with an original MSRP of 148,760. The question is, would you pay a few thousand more for a really attractive, highly optioned TT? To note, this car is probably 3-4K more than other 2007's.......

Personally, I would completely discount the "value" of the PCCB brakes. If/when they need replacing you're looking at more than a $15K bill!
Normal maintenance is spendy enough. Best,

Asking 89K. Final price mid 80's (still finalizing). Includes: CPO, Built-in K40/Calibre, 2nd Set of wheels (to be delivered to my house) and brand new Nspec PS2's all around.
I would pay more if the vehicle is in a condition that meets your standard. This is very subjective... IMO then original MSRP means nothing if the previous owner/s did not care for the vehicle. What if the brakes and seats are worn? What scheduled maintenance has been done? on and on... I'm sure you looked into this but this would factor into my decision.
The other thing to consider is the in service date and warranty. (IMO) I wouldn't purchase one of these cars without some coverage.

Sounds like a fair deal. I would go for it after a little while you probably won't regret spending the few extra $$$. The smile you ll have on your face each time you ll sit in it is definitely worth it.
I'm not sure I would necessarily avoid a PCCB car because of the replacement cost. If the car is not routinely tracked, then the rotors should last a long, long time. Pads are more expensive but not prohibitively so. Even if you use up the rotors somewhere down the road, you are not obligated to replace them with PCCB's; there are quality steel options for less money.
The specs certainly check all of my boxes: Sports Chrono, PCCB, LSD, ***. As a bonus, they even managed to get the deviated stitching right, which few owners ever do.
I can't really comment on price, but if it is in the range of other cars and the condition is good, I would jump on this one.
