Fair price for a 09 TT today

I'm in the market for a CPO 09 TT with less than 15K miles.

How much is a fair price to offer? They are going around 100-109 K.

Thanks in advance.

I am interested in this too as I am in the same search. From what I have seen the prices have blipped up a bit since late spring/summer has hit. I was expecting to pay in the 95 - 100 range but the couple of dealers I have conversed with have moved from the listed $106 to $103 and no further.

I can wait until fall :-)

I see you have an 08TT currently...trading in for an 09 or adding another TT to the stable? I tracked prices for a while before purchasing a 2009 6 months ago, and looks like they've recently ticked up (or at least held steady the last 1/2 year). So much depends on the milage/options/condition and there are not too many on the market right now. I would say towards the top end of the price range you gave would be about right.

Before I purchased my 2007 TT last month, I was looking 2009's as well and this is what I found:

- 8000 miles, decent options asking 109K, lowered to 105, final price 101 with no CPO
- 25K miles, loaded, located in midwest, would take 96K including CPO
- Various cars in NE, low mileage 109-118K depending on dealer, etc. Obviously some are priced out of the market.
- Local NE car, low miles, been on market all winter (still is), decent options asking 109K would take 100 or so. Roslyn Porsche..... car is still there.

Bottom line, 2009's seem to be around 100-109K depending on dealer, miles, etc. I have found dealers in the midwest and South are more negotiable.

Long story short, car is not in my possession any more, one TT is plenty for the wife to handle as it is. I'm leaning towards low miles so lets see what happens.

Michael, Thanks a lot for sharing this info. There are not that many "affordable" 09's out there with decent miles. I'm not looking for that many options anyways (Multifunction wheel, Sport Seats, Thicker steering wheel), I got quite a few 08's lined up as backup.

My pleasure. Personally, I would purchase a 2007 (which I did) over a 2008 simply b/c they are the same cars and from my searches a 2008 was not worth the premium over a 2007. Obviously the 2009's have the updates so that was somthing I was considering but ended up with a low mileage 2007.

Caveat - if I was able to secure a great deal on a 2008 I would have certainly purchased the car.
