Hose clamps popping off. Need to upgrade

After upgrading to 65mm billet wheels and GIAC tune, I have been popping off the intercooler hose that goes from the turbo to the intercooler. Has anyone experimented with aircraft style clamps or t-bolt?

I have a Champion car (2008) with mods similar to yours-how do you know when the hose pops off? sound, performance, or do you have to check for it.

any hydraulic supply house nearby should have t-bolt clamps. You can also use hairspray as your lubricant to slip the hose on. When the alcohol in the hairspray evaporates the sticky from the hairspray will keep that sucker on.

there is usually no doubt about it. sometimes it sounds like a lout popping. then the car will go limp and could start stalling. depending on the hose you might get immediate check engine lights.

Can you get two ordinary hose clamps seated properly on there? Oppose the worm gear housings. I'm guessing that would probably do it.
