We made a 6 muffler version X design for a client and just wanted to share the pics... instead of cats he wanted some extra mufflers... all 3" ID, hand made in house, mufflers made from scratch with louvered cores and patent pending quieting material- not a cheap resonator. Flanges are .5" thick Cnc-ed locally made per order as usual... This same exhaust made 870whp on our 997.1(catless). I personally spent 2 years developing the sound I wanted as well as the performance... the 996s made made even more HP... tip selections are as viewed below, ID muffler sizes can be changes to make it even quieter. Our X is actually 3" ID unlike some I have seen where 2x180s get cut at the tip and welded together...

Your exhausts are phenomenal. My old 997TT picked up 3-4 mph in the quarter mile trap speed after I swapped out the 100cell Ruf conversion exhaust to yours.

I have 911tuning 3" exhaust on my 996TT and can say this, the exhaust is not only master piece that looks great but it also delivers performance as promised, I would also like to mention outstanding customer service
