Hello everyone!

This is a video of a drag race event that happens in Brazil! Two 997 GT2s and 1 GT2 RS participated and strangely enough, the yellow GT2 achieved 348 km/h, while the white GT2RS achieved 343 km/h! All these cars are supposably stock! How is this possible?

Was a pretty horrible video. What did it show other than a couple Porsches launching poorly?

Also what makes you think they went 348kmh? Everything I have ever read says the 997 GT2s top speed is 330kmh

Ok cool they did a high speed but the first vid is not the greatest. Only being honest bro. No disrespect to you or what you are saying.

 

Ok so the first video the GT2 has no crap on the side of the car, there is nothing on the windshield and there is one person in the car. The second video has decals all over the sides of the car, stickers on the windshield and a second passenger in the car. They look like completely different cars.

And that car isn't stock, what makes you think it is? I find it hard to believe a stock car is going to cause the clutch to slip at 180MPH...but regardless who cares? Your car?

The only way a GT2 would beat a GT2RS is if its tuned. My car is tuned, running race gas, and I have a video on my youtube channel which shows me catching up to a GT2RS on the long straight at our track. Otherwise, the GT2 stands no chance vs a GT2RS stock for stock.
