Both look good. Unlike the 997.1, the stock tips look great. The ta are fake quads, right?

 

I like the TechArts a lot more.

My ovals are equal in size, your outers are smaller than the inner.

 

I like the tech art. I'm also one of the few that prefer a polished or titanium tip over a black tip

 

Fake, yes if you mean there aren't two exit pipes from the muffler, however the design has the exhaust fumes exiting from both ovals so they are both "functional"

Mine is the 997.2 design. TechArt made changes primarily to address the larger diameter of the 997.2 exhaust tubes vs. the 997.1. They also redesigned the ovals, making the outer oval slightly smaller than the inners... I like yours too!

 

Thanks spmmorrow, I had the option of light "sanding" then painting the tips but like you I lean more towards polished tips
