Funny, just added the same addition to my garage. Bendpak HD-9. My ceiling is about 10' 3.5" in the middle of garage. Fits like a glove.

Fantastic. We're building a new home and I had them make the 3 car garage with 14' ceilings so I can get 3 of these babies in there eventually.

Yes I have 10' ceilings too. Width is 103" and length is 175". It's an auto lift car park 8 (8000lb lift) it was very reasonable($2100 shipped) but you will need somewhere to have it drop shipped as it weighs 1700lbs and comes in an 18 wheeler box truck!! Assembly took one good day and a lot of interpreting the instructions which are not overly detailed and require interpretation of the pictures. Oh and two buddies with strong backs!!!! Can you say free lift access!! No issues with garage door opener as it's in front of it.
