20 percent all around. I believe they used solar gaurd

 

ceramic or nano or standard?

 

looks good. tint your windshield too (50%, you cant tell its tinted from the inside)
what kind of weed do u smoke ?

I never knew. I had always wondered why people wanted tinted glass? I would use window tint if I were driving a 1974 Vega, but not a Porsche Turbo.

 

Privacy, keeps the cars interior cooler during the summer, keeps the seats from fading. Also, having the rear glass tinted cuts down on blinding lights from SUVs/trucks/18wheelers. There's a number of reasons to get them tinted, a Porsche Turbo is hardly some mythical car that can't be altered

 

i was kidding.
since i got my first car, i've always put tints on them. including the windshield.
i feel very naked and uncomfortable driving around on a car with no tints, especially if its a nice car and people stare.
im not talking about dark limo tints.. with the exception of my 997 , which has 35% tints all around and a 50% windshield, i've always done 20% all around and 60% windshield.
remember, the higher the %, the lighter it is. i went light on my 997 because of the interior (terracotta)
2 years ago i tinted my friends car because we were always using his car to go out, and i used to feel uncomfortable when driving through manhattan.

my motorcycle helmets always had a smoked visor.
im wierd like that.

And suggesting the reason is to use an easily concealable illicit drug that impairs driving is ridiculous. Not to mention smoking in a vehicle with the windows up.

I personally must have all my cars tinted but not because of my smoking weed habit…by the way i only smoke the good weed. I was actually thinking of doing the windshield.

 

I would like a clear yet heat reducing windshield coating.

 

50% windshield is the way to go. from the inside you cant tell a difference (even @ night driving, and at rain). the interior always stays cool.

Always tinted all my cars except yellow bird, my m3 had the windshield tinted and a random sunday morning in Garden City, LI I was stopped by the locals and had guns drawn on me because (they claim), "they couldnt see whom was driving"....

Its risky and if you drive at night there is a trade-off.
