Here is my 5 minutes of research:

ALFA ROMEO 60507149
FORD 16993411
VW N10037103

https://www.rundtombilen.dk/images/b...%20-Seat-p.png

This is closest match, made of bronze, do easy to modify and plant that pin, going across.

And we are in business:

I suppose I could drill through this drain plug and across, for the cross pin.
Since there are 10 pieces in this box, I might have extras....

Mish...dbl-check you ebay link. Did you see the other photos...it's a square hole (I think-4 sides), not a allen. Not sure if the spoiler post would fit.

Center gets drilled out to 14mm, tightening would be done by outer hex, which is 31mm and serves as mounting surface as well.

So I think I got solution, not cheap, but one side is already done and the other side will be finished tomorrow.
With all tooling and cost of generic part from local pipefitting supply co., we are looking at $85 for two adapters. Sadly two hose fittings that I cut run me $30, of course, if I find generic part and make whole bunch, cost goes down drastically, but I do not think there is huge market for the widgets.
Regardless, here is fruit of my rough labor, fits onto ram like a glove.
