997 powder coated side air intakes

has anyone tried to powder coated the side air intakes. i just dont love any of the carbon fiber ones. i have the atlas gray color, and i think the matte black intakes would look different. has anyone tried this before.

thanks

They are plastic so no one would powder coat them. You would have to have a body shop paint them.
If you wanted matte black you could also try plasti dip

I would leave them or plasti dip them matte black. Personally I like them color keyed but its a personal opinion.

As has been said, you can only powdercoat metals for the most part.

perfect application for vinyl wrap or plastidip, or something else temporary. When you go to sell, you are definitely going to want to go back to OE unless the rest of your exterior is also highly modified.

Color is one thing but, I really want to see someone actually complete the powder coat process.

I truly while being extremely, wrong encourage this process.

I still want to know the results though!

Please, share your pay pal account. How do I make this photo Reality on my intercooler intake? It looks like a mess BTW.

How can air flow efficiently through that photo?
