I recently had the Europipe exhaust installed on my car and while it sounds great, I would like more volume. I've had it in the back of my mind for a while, then my wife went to watch me at the track and she said I couldn't even hear your car, what's up with that? Coming from a c4s with fabspeed cat x-pipe, headers and PSE. Any recommendations are appreciated. Although, not looking to completely switch exhausts if at all possible.

I have a catless Europipe on my .2 turbo and it is still is not loud enough. I went with catless because I knew the DFI engine was much quieter. I recommend you get rid of the 100 cell cats and put in a straight pipe (probably still wont be loud enough). Also once you run a tune it will open up the turbo vanes more and be louder at WOT.

I actually have a tune, and pretty much everything in your sig except I have the Bilstein Coilovers instead of KW... Do you have a sound clip of your exhaust you could share?
Have the same exhaust as you and I don't think a set of headers would increase the volume. For more volume, you might be looking at a complete exhaust switch...my indie went this route on his 997.1
i'd say sell the Europipe, rather than modifying it, & buy another exhaust that's louder. Lots of good manufacturers with louder exhausts. I've a Europipe EP1 on my street only 997.1TT Tip as i didn't want a "loud" exhaust.
We recommend our 3.0 / 3" X-Pipe system for the 997.2TT - the DFI engine is very quiet and in our experience, it takes a 3" system to get any appreciable sound out of it. Here is a picture of one of our 3" systems that we recently built for a 6speed member...
We have supplied a few .2TT customers that purchased other systems with traditional size piping and then installed our 3" system and all were very pleased with the end result.
This is also available in a catless "race" version for even more sound, if you are in an area that allows it!
John @ Speedtech has exactly what you're looking for. I have it on my 997TTS and it's RIDICULOUS (I have the race version). It's not too loud if you just want to cruise out of sport mode. Otherwise, if you want the exhaust music, just turn on sport mode and you can hear it loud and clear. Open up the throttle in sport mode and all hell breaks loose.
Best exhaust money can buy for the 997.2 TTS IMO. Just remember if you don't run cats you'll have a bit of exhaust smell on sport mode with the windows down (and require a tune). It's not too bad though.
I still need to get time to take a proper video... just have been too busy lately to throw up my gopro.

Haha mi wife was making fun about it too while I was at the track racing against some other loud cars and I decided to install aftermarket headers and straight pipes with a glass pack, it was actually custom made for me.

You would get a little more sound from going with headers although probably not as much as what you are looking for since the turbos do muffle it.
You would probably have to switch systems to get the sound you are looking for. 3" catless like the BBI exhaust I run. Sounds aggressive and amazing.
