new 997.1 turbo owner, need help guys

Hi Guys ,

I have 2009 997.1 turbo M/T that it has full bolts on , FDV upgrade turbos and all support mods , the car tuned by Switzer and they sent us a cable then emailed us a file to upload it to the car . the car is not fast and its running 17psi now but after 6k rpm its like some one kicks the car from back but before 6k rpms the car is like **** .
so I'm not good in this platform, I'm a GTR guy so i need a help to getting my car tuned , As what i have read that the V3 Cobb for porsche is very good but who can tune it , I mean who's a top of the line for tuning these cars . i know Esmotor Emry is one of the best but he doesn't do any Cobb . so what do u guys think ?

Thanks
Sa'ad

If you are stuck with Cobb it limits your market although they do have a big tuner network. Mitch on here is great and works directly for Cobb. Dienzzo from PTF (also on here) has also done well with Cobb tuning.

If you want to move away from the Accessport, you can look at Emre from ES Motors or Todd From Protomotive or Austin from GIAC. All are top tier tuners.

Protuning Freaks is one of our protuners and they do great work.

Please let me know if you have any questions I would be happy to help!

I cannot vouch for any other tuners as I have only used Mitch at Cobb, but what I could tell you is that Mitch is great and very accommodating. Guy doesn't sleep apparently. He really knows how to tune a Porsche and will make sure your car is running at 100% yet being really safe. I would not trust anyone else to tune my car. Just sent him some logs and hold on... If there's somebody that could figure out what's going on and make it right it will be him.

is the clutch slipping?
Stock boost gauge won't show true boost if tuned.

You will get it all sorted with logging on the Cobb. +1 for sure!

Do you have intercoolers? Most likely the car is pulling some serious timing.

You can't go wrong with either Mitch or Dzenno. Both will have your car performing as it should in no time.
