From what I've gathered - to do a clean Aquamist HFS-3 / 4 install, with custom brackets for the the reservoir + pump in the frunk, gauge mounted in a pod or the glovebox, all wiring & tubing pulled through the car and hidden neatly under the car, and with injector signal + failsafe spliced into the ECU harness, you're probably looking at around 12-15 hours in labor from a shop that knows their way around the 911.
It's a pig of a job to do properly... obviously less so if you go a bit ghetto and opt for running the lines and wiring under the car instead of through it.
You'd have to check labour rates with your local shops.
