2018 Vanquish S with 40k miles. 3 repairs needed not covered under warranty. Help pls

Hi All,
I have a Vanquish S with an extended Aston warranty in Dubai, UAE.

They are doing the following fixes under warranty:
1. Washer tank – leaking
2. Both door gas struts – weak
3. Plug cap – leaking

However they said the following also needs fixing and is outside of the warranty:
Parts & Labor Jobs (Including VAT)
1. Replacing drive belt (cracked) – AED 1,350 ($370 usd)
2. Replacing front lower arm with bush (cracked), assembly for left & right suspension – AED 25,263 ($7000 USD)
3. Replacing front wheel arch left & right (broken) – AED 6,690 ($1821 usd)
Total: AED 33,303 ($9,000 usd)

This seemed like very high costs and I wanted to get advice, especially item 2 the suspension issues. I think it is possible for a non Aston garage to just replace the bushes and not the entire assembly? Any advice on this? I also have velocity ap lowering springs that have not been fitted, so I was thinking that it might be better to find a good garage to replace the bushes and fit the springs.?
I know very little about suspension parts and dont want to make a bad decision. Advice is much appreciated. Thanks

There's a vendor on eBay that sells the control arm bushings. You can replace the bushings for way less than replacing the control arm itself. What does the dealership and/or indy garages charge per hour in UAE?
If the control arm itself is cracked, perhaps you can find a used arm and replace the bushing?

You are being ripped off/robbed.

Search for your parts at www.astonmartinbits.com

The bushing company is Powerflex Bushing. They make a variety of bushing, if you choose to insert new bushings into you control arms.

I got quoted by an Indy in SF Bay $4,500 to replace the 2 front lower arms... so $7,000 by the dealer seems about right

Thanks, I think its just the bushings that are damaged.

I will check the hourly rates and come back to you.

Thanks everyone!

The dealership will only replace the whole control arm; they won't replace the bushings unless you are friendly with the service manager.
