Ball joint splitter - LCA

Good evening,

I am trying to remove the LCA on my 2010 Rapide, so I can replace the bushings and ball joint.
Has anybody ever done that? What splitter did you use?
I got a standard ball joint splitter but it is too short, it won't reach the end of the bolt.
The workshop manual is calling for special tool 43-28147 but no way I can find one of these...
I am going to try another splitter, and give it a shot...
Any help appreciated.
Thank you!

Possible solution?

Perhaps this item would work in your application, as it has a 2-3/8" jaw opening:
www dot rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=17336157&cc=0&pt=1000899
Don't know if it is available locally...
