too cheap man...i rented my place in a more inland city of OC for $1900. 2br/2ba/1200 sq. ft.

Wow thats a smokin deal. The last place I looked at in Sunset that was similar was near $2300/mo.

I ran rental comps on what the units in my townhouse complex rent for and the $1,750/mo is in the upper 25% of what the units go for. I'm sure I could get $1,800/mo but I'm looking to get a lease signed before my current tenant moves out. It's all about no loss of rent due to vacancy...

I'll be taking and posting up pictures this weekend when I'm back in So Cal. I know it sounds cheap, but it's pretty close to what the other units in the complex are renting for.
