Room for rent in Newport Beach

My buddy is moving out from the midwest to start a job in construction management. He has leased a large condo in Newport and needs some roommates. He's super laid back and easy to get along with. Here is his craigslist ad:
I have recently accepted a job in Newport Beach and have rented a condo located in Newport Crest. The condo is approximately 2000 sq. ft., has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a 2 car garage, 3 decks, and a washer and dryer. It is located in a private community with 2 pools and tennis courts, and just seconds from the beach. The condo also has newly finished bathrooms, common areas with new hardwood floors, as well as new crown molding, new paint, and new carpet. Living Room has surround sound with Flat Screen TV, fireplace, and wet bar.

I'm looking for 1, possibly 2 males or females to share the house with. I'm bringing with me enough furniture to fill the living room, dining room, kitchen (pots, pans, plates, etc.), family room (which I plan on putting a pool table in), master bedroom, and one of the other bedrooms (as an office with pullout sofa). I have no problem sharing the office with my roommates, as I rarely work from home. This is not a room to rent, the house will be just as much yours as it is mine.

About Me:
I'm a 25 year old male working as a project manager for a large firm. I'm very outgoing, laidback, and easy to get along with. I'm also extremely active and enjoy snowboarding, scuba diving, motorcycling (both on and off-road), boating, rock climbing, etc... I also enjoy going out occasionally on weekends, but I am definitely not looking for a "party house". I have both a myspace and facebook account, which I’m happy to share with anyone if you’re interested or just plain curious. Also, my name is Hunter.

Interested In:
Someone mellow, with similar interests, and financial security. Move-in requirements are that you must pass a credit and criminal history check, be able to pay first months rent as well as the deposit, and be willing to sign a lease for one year.

Rent: You can move in anytime between now and April 17th.
One Person:
I would be willing to rent to one person for $1800 a month. This would give you your own private bedroom and bathroom, and your choice for the remaining bedroom. If you wanted your own private office that would be fine or we could simply make it a spare bedroom with joint use over the office and guest room. You also get one of the stalls in the garage for exclusive use.
Two People:
I’m also willing to rent to two people for a $1000 a month. This would give you both a private room but a shared bathroom. Again with full use of the office and pull-out bed. I’ll rent out one or both garage stalls for $100 a month so long as my motorcycles are able to fit comfortably along with two cars (in other words 2 suburbans will not work).

You can contact via cell phone @ 317.496.6901 or e-mail @ huntkirby@gmail.com. If you are calling please keep in mind there is a 3 hour time difference. Please don’t call after 9 California time.

your buddy is giving his house away. you can't find a nice one bedroom apartment anywhere for under $1000. if your friend is looking for a tenant, i may sell my house and sign a 10 year lease with him.

if Mr. Kram signs a 10 year lease, i may sub-lease the house from him for double that price!
