Okay so my girlfreind has her heart set on a SLK350 right now and I no nothing about the car. Do you guy's think this is a good car and should I be on the look out for one. She wants to pay cash so I am looking at 05 and 06 models with low models. Any input would be helpful ! Thanks

That is a bad *** chick car. I have yet to hear anything bad about them.

Well other than that she should get the 55 instead of the 350.

Let her drive one first, been getting complaints about the seats a lot, but some people dont mind it at all. Great all around sports car.

Its a terrific car make sure you get the 350, the 280 lacks torque in the low range.

Black and red is a good combination, classy and sporty. Airscarf , Bixenon and command are a must for all slk's.

Check if you have the Harmon Kardon sound system and go for a 2006, the newer the better. One thing to note is that the 2005 models had a oil consumption problem, in which they consume oil alot.

Good luck on your next purchase.

Whoa change of plans she went to BMW and left with a Z4 3.0si last night. I am kinda bummed out I love BMWs and miss my M3 but this would have been a cool project car for me.
