Driving times are all within about 10min of phoenix airport, ASU campus, downtown tempe, south scottsdale and all major freeways. Including during peak commute hours

That is a hell of a deal. Too bad I don't go to ASU. You should've seen the hellhole that I had for $2000 a month in Delaware. It was no where as nice.

i know wtf....indiana has way overinflated prices

 

I am moving there next year. I'm paying more than that now for less than 1,200 square foot. The only bonus is that I get only 45 days of sunshine a year, and the rest are of rainy / overcast / snow days.

 

I be at ASU exactly a year from now...you might hear from me then.
