Bought some new CCW wheels

I bought some custom size/offset wheels for my 928 from CCW. They even machined out the center to take my original forged caps. One piece forged 18x9.5 and 18x10, weight was 19.2 and 20.6 lbs each.
They were great to deal with and I was impressed. Very nice all around.

These are CCW C-10 wheels, not up on their site yet. They have a C-14 that is similar, but 14 spokes not 10. $2600+shipping...Cheap too.

I needed 9.5" with a 68 offset for the front, 928s are hard to find wheels for that fit.

Thanks for the good words. I just wanted to convey my experience with that company and product. I am really happy with them: custom size/offset, forged, light, and a good price.
The Fikse 3 piece wheels are the same price for 17" and $600 more for 18". Plus the fact that 3 piece wheel rim halves are not forged...something that I did not know before. We have some bumps and pot holes in the Northeast.

CCW does make great wheels. I had a track set for my C6Z. Loved 'em.

C10's are not even ready yet. I just bought C14's last week, wanted C10's but John said there is still R&D to do on them and he did not seem sure when they would be ready. CCW builds many super nice wheel models for street and track or both.

Thanks for the feedback. Did you have to modify the Porsche center caps to fit right?

C14 can not mount the center cap. C10's are not ready because of a CAD/CAM machine. When I spoke with CCW he was telling there is still a lot of R&D work for the C10's and they are not near ready. I am not positive but from speaking to John I do not believe any C10' s have ben released. I told him people are talking about them on the internet but he seemed like someone had it all wrong.
