db9 value

Looking at an 05 DB9 with 12,500 miles..car is black on black with auto transmission. Seems pretty clean but still waiting on doing a PPI. What would this car be worth on the wholesale and private party market?

a decent wholesale range is 70-80K, a DB9 convert sold on 10/9, 11K miles for 83K at manheim

just checked a couple of dealer websites here in the Chicago area...... all '05s

coupe w/14000m ..$99900
coupe w/16500m ..$94995
vert w/4800m........$119895
vert w/6400m..... $112995

all retail asking price......... my guess is with lots of room to negotiate... with winter coming & state of the economy!!!!!!

beautiful car.... good luck

When I was DB9 shopping this summer, my local dealer was asking $115K for one with 7K miles.

All the better for those of us in the market

I am about to re-negotiate my V8 order with my dealer. I had a feeling in the beginning of this year that exotic car sales weren't going to be so good, so I deferred delivery until Spring... might be able to get another 5-8~k off now

Re-negotiate? I put a $50k non-refundable deposit on a Jan. build DBS- 3 months ago. Did you put a deposit contract in place? Wondering what the value will be in 5 months...

I signed a cancel-anytime contract with a 5k deposit. Spec is nothing unusual so dealer won't be shafted with a purple car or anything.

DBS supply is suprisingly plentiful lately, at least a dozen sitting in dealerships around the country unsold, pretty soon they will be going under sticker if they aren't already.
09s Vantages are coming in now, 1-2 per dealer... 08/07 vantages are a half a dozen or more per dealer...
Most dealers also have 3-4 09 DB9s and at least a couple 08s.

its definitely a buyers market right now

Anyone recently, within the last month (as the market changes almost weekly) purchased a DB9 Coupe? What kind of discount can I expect?

+1....how about now?

If a DB9 is going for 100K, what would be a fair counteroffer?

btw, I just noticed your sig, and I'd much rather have your CS

A 6speed member recently bought one in NJ.
You can expect somewhere in the region of 10-13% at LEAST off an 09- 15%+ off an 08.

I would say to shoot for 20% on a new 2008
Used probably goes beyond that depending on the seller.
There's plenty of 2005s around if you are looking all around the country, but your local market will probably be more competitive and harder to match a national price on a used car.
