How far is Daytona from D.C.? Is the trip doable if I leave on a Friday morning, get the unit installed on Saturday, and return Sunday morning?

James, how easy is it to install the unit? I am actually flying to London next week so it is tempting to just pick up a unit from you if I can get someone local (in Washington, D.C.) to install it.

Probably about 10-12 hours each way would be my guess. I made that trip once.

Does this addition effect any warranty on the radio?

Bubba, no problem, just need to arrange a time.

No Problems with warranty. No damage done to cable looms. I have fitted a couple of these kits to cars at the factory for them to test. One of them was so good, they sold the car with the my kit in it!! without telling me...

Mats come in at £250.00+VAT to me. Far cheaper with you!!

Regards,

Wait, there's an OEM retrofit for the stereo system itself made by AM? Is it available in the US?

I am in the process of purchasing a 2007 Vantage Roadster and inquired with the dealer about the factory retrofit kit. The sales manager told me that there is no kit available [in the US] but that he will inquire with the Works division in the UK. I will follow up with him when I pick up the car.

I'd be interested but I'm in Boston.

Also, I'd have much more interest in an OEM retrofit even if it cost more.

3) I'm in - Michael 996TT

BTW - I have the LLOYD mats too (both sides as over mats) - the Grey actually has a slight green tint to it - goes w/ my interior and paint but others may want to stick w/ black. They fit very well - also went w/ trunk mat.

Don't think they make an OEM retrofit. At least I was unable to find it.
