Hope and Change. That's what's going on.
Even if they still have some, most people (old enough to remember the Carter years) are too scared to spend money right now. No spending = no customers = no dealer. It's pretty simple.

Of course, this is just my uneducated two cents worth.

In our case, Aston Martin wanted the dealership to build a new $4 million facility. AM of Atlanta told them there was no way they would build one with the current economy. They close effective 1 March 2010.

There were a few other dealership that were told the same thing and they opted to turn their cars in and cease their relationship with AM. Dumb move on Aston Martin. Almost seems as though they are removed from the current economic situation.

That's not being real fair to your customers. Those of you in Atlanta half to go how far to get factory service?

Hopefully across town to another dealership. Rumor is that another dealer in Atlanta is going to take over AM operations. We're hoping this will happen soon.

I have a 4.7 V8V MY 2009 and shifts are always as smooth as jelly from start, even at -10 Celsius.

It's not bad to mix, it's just a diff clutch pack anti-slip additive..but you do not need it if using the BTO 270 A from Castrol for it already has the additive..in north america we cannot get "BTO" type fluids, unless ordered straight from the Gaydon plant.. this is a UK listing, here we use 75W90 Castrol SynGear and add the additive from Kendall..which has been authorized by Aston to use..
