Others have noticed the same phenomenon with the headlights. I don't remember the resolution, but I thought someone said that AM said that it happens and will eventually dry out.

The lamps are supposed to be completely sealed and should not have any signs of moisture in them.
If they have just been replaced, well, they need replacing agin.

i would hope that the parts would be covered under their own warranty, regardless of the age of the car. you should contact the dealer you got them from and ask to have them replaced.
if, for some strange reason, they refuse to replace the part, you might be able to fix it yourself. but i'm not sure where the leak in the housing is. if it's in the seal between the housing itself and the clear "lens" of the light, you might be able to fix it pretty easily. i "cleared" the headlights on my STi (opened them up to take out the amber reflectors) by baking the headlights in my oven to melt the silicone seal, opening them up, then rebaking them to let the silicone melt back into place. depending on how the tail lights are put together, you should be able to do something like that yourself.
i don't think you'll have any issues with getting yours replaced, but i figured i'd mention the DIY repair in case anyone else needs to do it.
