Outside air Temp??

My outside air temperature gauge has stopped working properly. If it's 90F outside my temp gauge will read 180F!!!!! Anybody have this happen to them? I will take it into the dealer but would like some info on the fix.

Sometimes mine will measure/include the hot air from engine - goes back to normal when I get moving. Nothing like 2X though ... more like ~10 deg f above norm ...

Mine always reads about 10-20 degrees high. There's an Aston Martin service bulletin on this and a replacement sensor is available. If you want to see the bulletin, I can probably find a copy.

Reminds me of a funny story. I talked my wife into a top-down late march drive last year after a horrible winter in the North East. She acted like a kid going to the dentist. After about 15 minutes of whining I looked down and said " I don't know what you're complaining about, it's 72 degrees." Mine almost always started warmer. I regulates after a little driving.
