Very informative and detailed write-up. Well done. Sounds like a nice product.
One quick question though. You mention not tying off the vacuum lines to the valvle hoses. re. Fuse 22. Why not zip tie the vacuum hoses closed and reinstall fuse 22? Since the vacuum lines won't be used why not tie them off and reinstall fuse 22 so no codes are stored, etc?
Just curious. I used a zip tie on my vacuum lines and reinstalled fuse 22.

As stated in the review, it is a bit quieter as it is still being broken-in, but it still probably will not ever be as loud as stock as far as pure decibels is concerned. However, since I will be doing high flow cats I wanted a bit more of a sound buffer for once I really open up the exhaust.... (planning ahead).
