LotusJPS is infamous around these parts
The one thing to consider about all these mileage quotes is what kind of driving is the norm, city, freeway, track. I just replaced my SS clutch which only lasted 16K miles, though 95% of my driving is in town.

I am led to believe that the DB9 6 speed manual clutch comes with .096" of material above the rivets (it would be nice if someone would measure a stock double clutch plate and verify).
My clutch had .055" of material left above the rivets with 26K miles on it by the prior owners.

Clutches go either by wearing away the material OR by glazing. Riding a clutch/intense city traffic will def. glaze a clutch plate.

I found a guy in upstate NY that will rebuild the clutch pack for about $1K (Marc at Falcon Clutch). He is popular with the vintage muscle car guys and a fixture at the Hershey Auto shows...

I'd ask around few more shops for clutch relining service. Shouldn't cost that much. Carbon/Kevlar relining from HR Clutch for example only runs $300-$400, whereas going with standard organic material should only run $200-$300ish. This is the route I'm planning on going, I was able to source a lightly used clutch from a donor V8 Vantage for cheap and will use that to reline. I have about 40k miles on my 6MT V8V which (according to records) is still on original clutch.
