Dealer needs to program it regardless, see if they will work a deal. Or buy a used glass key and buy a new Volvo remote and switch the internals. Volvo #30772198. Then have a dealer program it.

 

thanks. Will that Volvo key world with the newer AM keys that you put into the dash. Can I take those internals and buy into a glass key with buttons and then have AM program it?

 

I jus that Volvo key and took a lot of convincing to have the Aston Martin dealership to try. After many days of discussion with the sales, technician and manager they gave it a go and it worked! I just got a glass key as a bday present and will switch the internals.

 

Hi the link doesnt work for the 4.3 glass key conversion does someone have more information about the conversion?
