It is an EMOTION Control Unit, as it is used to control YOUR emotions (i.e., starting the car and hearing the rumble). It is not an EMOTIONAL Control Unit (it isn't happy, or sad, doesn't cry, etc.).

Oh God yes. Install an ECU in the SO. Probably not enough power to handle those emotions.
