RARE Blue/Blue Aston Martin Vanquish S
#3
Beautiful car for someone who wants V12 performance that comes in a pre-change AM. I have heard that the upkeep costs are pretty steep on both the S and the base model, but these cars are typically owned by those who either like to tinker or are willing to pay for the servicing.

The costs involved are not for the faint hearted, they're fine cars when maintained correctly, but potential for bills are there. I know of a 2004 model that I asked questions about that is maintained scrupulously and has had no issues, so probalems are probably not as common as people think.
My choice was Vanquish or DB9 at the same money a tear ago, the Volante and stick-manual won out for me. Had I gone Vanquish... well I'd then want a Vanquish S and so on! And I'd have missed a lot of sunshine...
Prices are rising, these are pretty close to being an investment at the moment in the UK. I expect running costs will be matched or beaten by zero depreciation.
The last true Aston Martin from Newport Pagnell. A future classic for sure.
