They want $109k as list price.
But would have to add the clear tailights myself (if possible) and add/paint sills.

Agreed, he states that it is high because there are only 820 miles. 820 miles on a 2009 is pretty low. Have not seen that color combo with manual transmission yet on any other year.
Are new 2011's being sold for $109-115k?

09 with such low miles - not sure i would be comfortable with such low mileage.
here is one with an asking price under $120k ( not a bad color combo) - before you negotiate...there are others...it just might take you a bit to find the deal you want. some dealer will def be willing to make a big move on a leftover 2011 if you can find a new one that has been sitting

they are listing it for under $99k on cars.com for the same car. i think you can get it for 93-95. like i said - 109 is way too much - they know it.

good looking out. Didn't even see the cars.com add. I guess they are putting different prices on different sites. Shady.....

I agree that you should be able to get this car for the low to mid 90's based upon what I paid for my 09 manual trans in December. 820 miles is low but is it still under any original factory warranty? Looks like a nice car with desirable color combo and options. Manual trans in an 09 are hard to find.
Good luck!

If you are wanting to add the clear tail lights I have seen them go for around $1800-$2000 for a dealer add and the N400 side sills seem to run around $1500 plus another $1500 for paint and installation. It doesn't look like this dealership is an Aston Martin dealer or you could negotiate they do it at their cost for parts and labor.
jyeh,
i too would pass based on that price. i got my 09 manual a year ago fully loaded and paid in the mid 90s. my car had about 3,200 miles and still 6 months of the factory warranty left. i'd only offer them 91K or 92K for being so shady....
but before making an offer, ask to see all service records. don't let them tell you that b/c the car only has 820 miles, it hasn't required any service. service is required annually, regardless of miles.
best of luck to you. would be cool to see another V8V in the bay area.

Why? Bought my 2010 couple months ago with 58 miles on it and couldn't be happier with it.......
The problem with an 09 having so few miles is that it can take a few thousand miles for any minor niggles to surface. When they do, you could be out of waranty. With an ultra low mileage 2010 you still have time to get things sorted at someone else's expense.
Something with around 2,500 miles should then run for the next 90,000 miles without any major work apart from clutch, tyres, and annual servicing

But, the biggest issue is probably the lack of maintenance that low mileage cars receive.
The comments regarding remaining or no warranty left on low mileage cars is a valid one. My DB9 is in right now b/c the B&O is inop and if there were no warranty, I'd imagine that could be an expensive propostion.
Most of this comment ^^ has not been my experience having owned multiple super low mileage cars (aside from the B&O issue I now have....). I just sold a 1995 Porsche 928 GTS with 13k miles and I've NEVER had an issue due to its low miles and I'd owned the car for 10+ years. A couple years ago I sold a 1978 Porsche 928 that had just 1400 miles and aside from an inop AC, the car had NO issues. I've bought a number of BMWs, Mercedes, Audis and various other Euro marques and have never had any of the issues you mention. Additionally, I serviced all of them regularly. I'll take a low mileage example of anything over one with even a few thousand miles.
Also, cars that sit for extended periods just seem more prone to having issues...have been told this by several AM techs and shown examples of several high-end cars (mainly Rolls Royce) that are in for repairs due to lack of use. For example, some cars that aren't driven can develop noise issues attributable to lifters, can have electrical issues b/c the battery gets drained and certain other things can crack and break from lack of use/lubrication (for example, even the owner's manual states you should run the AC regularly to keep things lubricated).
But, the biggest issue is probably the lack of maintenance that low mileage cars receive.
