The local dealer has had this car on the lot since it was new. They did 'sell' it to a local broker who put a few hundred miles on it so they can sell it as 'used' and get if off their new inventory list.

It started out with a list price in the $145k neighborhood, now marked down to $112, and I was offered the car for even less.

It just makes me wonder why it hasn't been sold yet at what I think is a great price. So, what am I missing here? (OK, the single-clutch automated manual transmission is not great, but it's not that bad)

Looks like you have all the "nice to have options", it is a well optioned car. Also, if it has never been registered you'll still have the full 3-year factory warantee--it would be important to check that.

Agreed - looks like a great car if the price is right.

Downsides would be that the 2012 cars introduced many updates and the 2013 models are on dealer lots now, so regardless of the low miles this is a 2 year old car.
A barely used '12 car be found for their asking price.
